The sdAb anti-ALFA Halo fusion combines an alpaca-derived single-domain antibody (sdAb) targeting the ALFA tag with a dehalogenase-based technology. The sdAb anti-ALFA is fused to the Halo protein tag sequence at the C-terminus. The final application of the sdAb anti-ALFA Halo fusion depends on the Halo ligand used. For instance, when combined with a fluorescent Halo ligand, our sdAb anti-ALFA Halo fusion can be used in immunofluorescence for detailed protein visualization and manipulation.
