The anti-Chicken IgY sdAb is a single-domain anitbody against Chicken IgY, that can be labeled or immobilized by the customer.
The immunorepertoire of chickens is much simpler compared to any other mammal, producing only one isotype of immunoglobulins (IgY) with no subclasses. The use of polyclonal antibodies raised in chicken has steadily grown over the last years, mainly due to the need to add a new “species” when performing multitarget immunofluorescence.
Our sdAbs anti-chicken IgY binds strongly and specifically to all IgYs.
