A fluorophore-conjugated single-domain antibody that specifically recognizes CNPase.
FluoTag®-X2 anti-CNPase is derived from an in-house developed single-domain antibody (sdAb) that specifically recognizes a CNPase (2′, 3′-cyclic nucleotide 3′-phosphodiesterase), also known as CNP1. CNPase is one of the most abundant membrane-associated enzymes in the myelin sheath of the vertebrate nervous system. It may also be involved in the RNA metabolism of myelinating cells of the central nervous system (CNS), the oligodendrocytes.
FluoTag®-X2 anti-CNPase is directly conjugated to two fluorophores per sdAb (FluoTag®–X2 variant). To learn more about the FluoTags®, please visit our Technology section here.
