sdAb anti-CNPase is an in-house developed single-domain antibody (sdAb) that specifically recognizes a CNPase (2′, 3′-cyclic nucleotide 3′-phosphodiesterase), also known as CNP1. CNPase is one of the most abundant membrane-associated enzymes in the myelin sheath of the vertebrate nervous system. It may also be involved in the RNA metabolism of  myelinating cells of the central nervous system (CNS), the oligodendrocytes. CNPase is frequently used as a marker for oligodendrocytes in the CNS and Schwann cells in the peripheral nervous system (PNS).

We provide this product conjugated to various labels and offer custom conjugation services with most commercially available labels, provided these are available in a thiol-reactive activated form.
