The recombinant heavy-chain anti-GFP antibody is a genetic fusion of our established camelid anti-GFP single-domain antibody (sdAb) to a Rabbit IgG Fc domain.
The recombinant heavy-chain anti-GFP antibody is a genetic fusion of our established camelid anti-GFP single-domain antibody (sdAb) to a Rabbit IgG Fc domain. This antibody preserves the specificity and high-affinity binding of the anti-GFP sdAb and adds the features of a conventional anti-rabbit antibody. It can be used in many applications based on immunodetection (IF, IHC, IP). However, this recombinant anti-GFP antibody will only recognize folded GFP and therefore will not work in Western blotting.
Our recombinant anti-GFP antibody binds strongly to most fluorescent proteins derived from Aequorea victoria. Explore our FP Specificity Chart for compatibility information.
