FluoTag®-X2 anti-Human IgG is an effective sdAb-based secondary reagent from our Smart Secondaries® product line. It is conjugated to fluorophores (FluoTag®) and specifically targets Human IgG immunoglobulins, making it particularly well-suited for One-step immunofluorescence.
FluoTag®-X2 anti-Human IgG is a is a single-domain antibody (sdAb, nanobody, VHH) clone, carying two fluorophores. This sdAb binds to the Fc region of Human IgG. The reagent recognizes human IgG1. IgG3 and IgG4 isotypes with exceptionally high affinity. This makes it an ideal secondary tool for high-precision imaging applications involving primary human antibodies of the IgG1, IgG3 or IgG4 isotype. As part of our Smart Secondaries® range, the FluoTag®-X2 anti-Human IgG is particularly suited for One-step immunofluorescence (One-step IF).

The single sdAb clone was lyophilized from PBS pH 7.4, containing 2% BSA (US-Origin). Reconstitute with 500 µL of 50% glycerol in deionized water. We recommend including 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative if applicable. When reconstituted with 500 µL, the single-domain antibody concentration is 5 µM.
