anti-ALFA x anti-IgG Bispecifics enable simultaneous binding of ALFA-tagged targets and various mouse or rabbit IgG subtypes. This modular system opens up opportunities to explore multivalent interactions, facilitating diverse experimental applications with enhanced versatility and precision.
Bispecific single-domain antibodies represent a groundbreaking advancement in the field of immunotherapy and targeted drug delivery. These innovative molecules are engineered to bind simultaneously to two distinct antigens or epitopes, which can be particularly advantageous for treating complex diseases like cancer and autoimmune disorders.
Our anti-ALFA x anti-IgG Bispecifics are fusions of the sdAb anti-ALFA (NbALFA) and a secondary single-domain antibody (2°sdAb) recognizing primary antibodies (see Figure). Due to their dual specificity, the anti-ALFA x anti-IgG Bispecifics enable simultaneous binding of ALFA-tagged effectors (e.g., enzymes) and primary IgG antibodies from rabbit or mouse. They therefore provide versatile linkers moieties for assembly of modular ternary effector complexes involving primary antibodies and ALFA-tagged effector units. We offer various anti-ALFA x anti-IgG Bispecifics depending on the species and isotype specificity of the 2°sdAb moiety.

Specificity: | The anti-ALFA sdAb recognizes the ALFA-tag (SRLEEELRRRLTE). Each anti-Mouse IgG, or anti-Rabbit IgG sdAb recognizes either native mouse IgG1, mouse IgG2a and IgG2b, or rabbit IgG, respectively. The anti-Mouse IgG1 and anti-Mouse IgG2a/b sdAbs do not cross-react with Guinea Pig, Rat, Rabbit, Chicken, Donkey, Goat, Pig, Horse, Cow or Human IgGs. The anti-Rabbit IgG sdAb does not cross-react with Mouse, Guinea Pig, Chicken, Rat, Donkey, Goat, Pig, Horse, Cow or Human IgGs. | ||||||||||||||||
