COS-7 cells transfected with ALFA-TOM70, or Vimentin-ALFA were stained with the polyclonal rabbit anti-ALFA antibody (Cat. no. N1581, dilution 1:500) and FluoTag-X4 anti-rabbit IgG Abberior 580 (cat. no N2404-Ab580-S). Nuclei were visualized by DAPI staining.
